Alexis Alejandro Sánchez Sánchez, born 19 December 1988, is a Chilean footballer who plays for FC Barcelona in La Liga and the Chilean national team as a forward.
After his debut season of first-team football with Cobreloa.
In 2006 Sánchez was signed by Udinese Calcio of Italy .
After successful loans at Colo-Colo and River Plate, he began playing for the Serie A club in 2008.
In 2011, he was signed by Barcelona for €26 million.
He has been a full international for Chile since 2006, playing at the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups and the 2011 Copa América.
