2015 Africa Cup - draw is made

Three teams were drawn in each group at Sunday's ceremony. A fourth team will emerge from two more qualifying rounds.

The tournament originally began in 1957 and has been held every four years (with a few exceptions). In recent years, there have been adjustments to the tournament’s schedule.

Egypt has been the most successful nation in the history of the Africa Cup of Nations, having won it seven times (1957, 1959, 1986, 1998, 2006, 2008, 2010).
