TRANSFER - MOROCCO - Aston Villa's El Ahmadi joins Feyenoord

Aston Villa's Morocco international midfielder Karim El Ahmadi has rejoined Feyenoord on a three-year deal.

The 29-year-old played for the Dutch club between 2008-2012, spending the first half of 2011 on loan at United Arab Emirates side Al Ahli.

He joined Villa in the summer of 2012, becoming Paul Lambert's first signing.

"I've always said that I wanted to return to Feyenoord sometime," said El Ahmadi, who made 51 appearances for Villa, scoring three goals.
