NATIONAL TEAM - GABON - COACH - Gabon seek coach to replace Costa

Africa Cup 2017 Qualifiers Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Gabon have announced they will appoint a new coach on 30 July.

The 2017 Africa Cup of Nations hosts are seeking to fill the role made vacant when Jorge Costa departed at the end of his contract on 30 June.

Gabon said the window for applications will close on 20 July and candidates will be assessed from 22 to 24 July.

Whoever comes in will have only five-and-a-half months to work with the team before the Nations Cup tournament starts on 14 January.
