2015 AFRICA CUP - TUNISIA - MIKARI & TOUZGHAR CUT FROM SQUAD

Africa Cup 2015 GROUP B

GROUP B - FIXTURES
18 Jan: vs Cape Verde in Ebebiyin
22 Jan: vs Zambia in Ebebiyin
26 Jan: vs DR Congo in Bata

Coach Georges Leekens had lost Anis Ben Hatira to injury on Tuesday and had to chose two more to cut from his 26-man provisional list.

The absence of Touzghar appears to have opened up a division between the player and his French club Lens.

The 28-year-old has claimed the club put pressure on him not to join up with the squad.

Among those heading to Equatorial Guinea is Glasgow Rangers defender Bilel Mohsni.

France-born Mohsni, 27, who made his international debut for Tunisia in a friendly against South Korea in June, is now in line for a Nations Cup debut.

The 2004 African champions are in Group B with Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Cape Verde for the 17 January to 8 February finals.

The Carthage Eagles squad will travel to Hammamet on 9 January before facing Algeria in a friendly international two days later in Radès.

They will then fly out to Libreville, Gabon, for another friendly with Mali on 13 January before departing for Ebebiyin the next day.
