Bamba appears to have paid for a below par performance in the 4:1 defeat in Cameroon in September.

Coach Herve Renard has recalled left-back Siaka Tiene, who has not been involved since the 2013 Nations Cup.

But fellow defenders Artur Boka (visa issues) and Constant Djakpa (injury) miss out for the Elephants.

Ivory Coast are third in Group D with three points after two matches, having won their opener 2:1 against Sierra Leone.
